Purchases and Refunds
Premium content is sold through Apple's App Store, and Apple handles all payments and refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, and select your Math with Magic purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
If a purchase did not unlock correctly on a new device, use "Restore Purchases" in the game's premium screen first. If that does not resolve it, email us and we will help.
Account and Data
- Deleting your account: You can delete your account directly from the account settings inside the game. This permanently removes your sign-in identifier and all game progress.
- Privacy requests: To exercise any of your GDPR rights (access, rectification, portability, erasure), email hello@mathwithmagic.com. We respond within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Common Questions
Does my child need an account to play?
No. Children play without accounts and provide no personal data. The first adventure is free and playable immediately. An account (for parents and guardians only, via Sign in with Apple) is only created when unlocking premium, so progress can be saved across devices.
Is the premium unlock a subscription?
No. Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks all additional adventures, companions, and puzzles. There are no subscriptions and no further purchases.
Which devices are supported?
Math with Magic is an iOS app for iPhone and iPad, available through the Apple App Store.
